Premiere sold anywhere other than on Marware's website will use Velcro®."So While I prefer to shop at AMAZON, if you want a magnetic closure you have to go to the manufacturer's web site/ My experience magnetic closure devices on all my Palm Treos worked very well, with the leather wearing out long before the magnetic clip did.
